Concept G is a purpose built training studio that will provide dynamic running and strength workouts with a specific target muscular group each day of the week.

Run + Sweat + Lift and repeat with dynamic repeated intervals to maximise fat burning, strength and aerobic conditioning. Your fitness will be challenged to new levels!

Concept G is located within GFitness Freshwater at Harbord Diggers.

Our membership will be a flexible month to month contract which is direct debited weekly.

The first 100 people to join Concept G receive a Platinum full access membership to GFitness Freshwater with access to an additional 125 classes, pool and unlimited gym access in addition to Concept G classes.

Simply visit www.conceptg.com.au and select the JOIN ONLINE NOW button.

Select the CONCEPT G month to month plan, select your start date (a pro rata will apply leading up to your first debit day). Your first weekly debit will occur on the closest Friday after you start and will continue ongoing as per the membership terms.

Set up the GFitness App to book classes. You will receive an email from MyWellness. Create your Account, then go to the App store, download the GFitness App and login with the same email. Click on the Timetable tile to see and book classes. As a Concept G Member you have access to Concept G classes and all our Platinum classes (all classes on the timetable). You can book 1 class per day on the App – for additional classes please see reception.
